The majority of our surgeries hold RCVS practice standard scheme award certificates. This is a major achievement in the veterinary industry. This confirms that the practice and equipment are to a high standard.

We are open seven days a week to meet the needs of our clients and their pets. Outside of normal opening hours we provide a dedicated emergency service. Hospitalised patients are cared for by trained veterinary nursing staff, with a veterinary surgeon on call. Within Best Friends Group there are many highly skilled Veterinary surgeons, some of whom are specialising in different aspects of veterinary medicine and surgery. The group can cater for most medical and surgical conditions. Within the group there are several veterinary surgeons working towards their certificates which include ophthalmology, exotics, cardiology and orthopaedics. We are keen as a group to encourage Veterinary surgeon and Veterinary nurse training courses to continue their development of knowledge and skills and therefore enable us to provide the best treatment and care for your pet.
